Colombia Legalizes Medical Marijuana

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos signed a decree on Tuesday legalizing the therapeutic use of marijuana. In 2012, the government decriminalized possession of up to 20 grams of marijuana for personal consumption, but production and sale of the drug remains illegal. teleSUR
